Instructors: Pocono Dulcimer Club

The Mountain Dulcimer is a traditional folk instrument of the Appalachian Mountains. In this workshop, participants will learn the basic skills needed to play a few simple folk songs. You’ll learn how to hold the instrument, some simple strumming patterns,. and how to read the dulcimer tablature. We’ll put it all together and play some tunes! The only thing you really need to know how to do is count!
