Bake Oven Workshop



Join head baker Lou DiPasquale this summer for instruction in the art of bread making. Participants will also get a chance to learn the how to use the brick bake oven as well as enjoy a lunch that they help prepare from farm ingredients and cook in the bake oven. Everyone goes home with a loaf of whole wheat bread. There will be a demonstration of how to make a sweet bread with samples shared.

This workshop will be offered on Saturday July 13 from 8:30am – 1:30pm and will be held on the farm at the bake oven rain or shine (under cover if rainy).

This is a fun and delicious way to learn the ins and outs of baking great bread with the added bonus of having a yummy lunch including dessert. Call 570-992-6161 or email to sign up.

Cost: $40.00 per person

Details: Wear practical clothes and sensible footwear (no sandals please). Aprons are nice to have.
