Cancellations and Refunds

In the event that Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm cancels a workshop, program, or event for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded. 

Deposits for Group Visits or School Tours

All group visits and programs require a $75 per group/class deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to weather or emergency, the deposit will be held for one calendar year to apply to a similar program.

Camps/Pre-School

Full registration fees must accompany your registration application (except for campers applying for tuition assistance). Refund (minus a 10% processing fee) requests due to student withdrawal are granted up to three weeks before the start of camp. Refunds will not be granted on withdrawals less than three weeks before camp. Registration fees for camps are nontransferable to other events.

Workshops and classes

We can offer refunds for most cancellations two weeks before the event date (less a 10% processing fee). We cannot issue a refund for cancellations two weeks or closer to the event.

Homeschool Tour Day
