DESCRIPTION:Three-Day Youth Plein Air Art Workshop \nJoin us for an engaging three-session workshop designed for middle and high school students interested in plein air painting! This hands-on experience will introduce young artists to essential techniques in drawing\, color theory\, and various painting media\, all while working outdoors on the farm. \n📅 Workshop Dates & Times: \n\n\nSession 1: May 31\, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Drawing & Perspective) \n\n\nSession 2: June 7\, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Exploring Color) \n\n\nSession 3: June 14\, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Experimenting with Media) \n\n\nWorkshop Overview:\n🎨 Day 1: Drawing & Perspective – Learn the basics of perspective\, proportions\, and shading with guided demonstrations\, then practice sketching farm landscapes and buildings. \n🎨 Day 2: Exploring Color – Create color wheels\, explore warm and cool colors\, and mix paints before sketching and painting farm scenes with instructor guidance. \n🎨 Day 3: Experimenting with Media – Discover different painting media\, including acrylic\, watercolor\, and colored pencils. Students will choose their preferred medium to create a plein air painting. \nThis workshop is designed as a progressive learning experience\, with each session building on the previous one.
